Terms and Conditions:

• This dynamic is a public sweepstakes organized by Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto and TPC Danzante Bay on Facebook and Instagram. This sweepstakes is not sponsored by, supported by, administered by, nor in any way associated with Facebook or Instagram.
• This sweepstakes purpose is to allow participants to comment and tag friends in a post for a chance to win a 3 day – 2 night stay in a Deluxe Suite for 2 adults (European Plan) at Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa at the Islands of Loreto + 1 Golf Round with golf cart per adult.
• Participation is free and voluntary.
• This sweepstakes is free of charge and open to anyone over 18 years old.
• Participation is limited to residents of Mexico, the United States of America, and Canada.
• Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the sweepstakes if the nature of their comment is negative or offensive to others.
• This sweepstakes starts on September 29th and ends on October 31st, 2020 at 23:59h (Loreto, B.C. S., Mexico time). After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• Sweepstakes Prize: 2 Nights and 3 days in a Deluxe Suite for 2 adults on the European Plan at Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa at the Islands of Loreto + 1 Golf Round with golf cart per adult at TPC Danzante Bay. The stay must be used between November 16th, 2020 and November 16th, 2021, does not apply to holidays and is subject to availability.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this sweepstakes.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or annul the sweepstakes at its discretion for any reason.
• Any changes to the sweepstakes will be notified via Facebook or Instagram posts on the organizer’s accounts.
• The organizer is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this sweepstakes.
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
• The winner will be selected based on their answer as well as the engagement generated on the competition post when they share it on their Instagram or Facebook profiles.
• Participation in the sweepstakes implies the acceptance of these rules and the result of the winner.
• The winner will be notified by Instagram and Facebook on November 15th, 2020. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The organizer’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the sweepstakes will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
• The name of the winner will be published on diverse communication platforms, such as websites, blogs, social media, etc.
• The winner of the stay must sign a release so that photographs and videos can be taken upon arrival at our resort for advertising purposes.
• Entry into the sweepstakes will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
